1. Return Conditions
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 to L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code , SMOKE4ONE® customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the products ordered. This right allows the customer to return the purchased items without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs. However, this return policy is subject to the following specific conditions:
- Products must be returned in their original condition , unused, undamaged, and accompanied by all accessories, user manuals and other items provided.
- Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging .
- Sealed products such as CBD flowers and resins must not have been opened for hygiene and safety reasons.
Products excluded from the right of withdrawal include in particular perishable , personalized , or already used items, which cannot be resold in their initial state.
2. Return Procedure
To return a product, the customer must follow the following procedure:
- Contact customer service at contact@smoke4one.com specifying the order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive a return authorization : A confirmation email with the return address and specific terms and conditions will be sent.
- Prepare and ship the package : Products must be carefully packaged to avoid any damage during transport.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error by SMOKE4ONE® . SMOKE4ONE® reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the stated conditions.
3. Withdrawal Period and Refunds
Once the return has been accepted and the products received, SMOKE4ONE® will process the refund within 14 days . The refund will include the total amount of the returned items as well as the initial delivery costs (if applicable), but will exclude the return costs, unless there is an error on our part.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used for the initial order, unless specifically agreed with the customer for a different method.
4. Products Excluding the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-28 et seq. of the Consumer Code , certain products cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal for specific reasons, in particular:
- Sealed products , such as CBD flowers, opened after delivery.
- Perishable products with a short use-by date.
- Products customized or made according to customer specifications .
5. Responsibility and Insurance for Returns
SMOKE4ONE® declines all responsibility for loss, damage, or non-receipt of returned packages. It is recommended to choose a shipping method with tracking and insurance. SMOKE4ONE® recommends retaining proof of shipment.
In the event of a return that does not comply with these conditions, SMOKE4ONE® reserves the right to refuse reimbursement and return the products to the customer, at the latter's expense.
6. Claims and Disputes
In the event of a dispute regarding a return or refund, customers can address their complaint to our customer service at contact@smoke4one.com If no amicable agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Béziers , in accordance with articles 42 et seq. of the Code of Civil Procedure .
7. Returns for Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If a delivered product has a manufacturing defect, a reference error, or non-conformity with the order, SMOKE4ONE® undertakes to replace or refund the product, in accordance with articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code .
Defective or damaged products must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Proof of the defect (photos, descriptions, etc.) may be requested.
8. Refunds in Case of Cancellation
If the order is cancelled before shipment, SMOKE4ONE® will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request. If the order is already being processed, the customer must wait to receive the products and make a compliant return to obtain a refund.

SMOKE4ONE® is committed to periodically reviewing this policy to ensure its compliance with legislative, technical, and functional developments. An annual review is planned, but updates may be made at any time.
